Marcus Allen has been starting since the middle of his freshman year and has been one of the most productive players in college football. Allen is a big time hitter who can play deep or up in the box. He has close to 320 career tackles , this young man is physical , aggressive safety. He has a chance to come and start as rookie on the NFL level at 6’2 and 215 pounds. Projection = Second Round Pick.
This what i like about my man out of Stanford University. His size is excellent at 6’1, 205 pounds. In the Stanford scheme he often had to lock up man to man on a slot receiver , where he did an outstanding job. He’s a good to really good athlete with very good safety speed. Overall , this young man still has a lot of upside to him being very good at the next level. Plus , he’s the younger brother of San Francisco 49 ers safety Eric Reid. Projection = Early Second Round.
Calvin Ridley, WR, 6’0 188 Pounds, Alabama. Mr. Ridley is an outstanding route – runner , sudden out of his breaks and very explosive out of his cuts . He has adequate to- good- height and the frame to get bigger , has decent top – end speed, very, very explosive with the ball in his hands, showing very good initial burst and vision. Mr. Ridley has the shiftiness to make multiple defenders miss in space. Calvin Ridley will be the first receiver drafted in 2018 NFL Draft.
Tony Brown, 6’0, 195 , Alabama, CB. = Mr. Brown is a big physical press corner. His skill set is off the charts. He has outstanding instincts in pass coverage. An very excellent wrap – up- tackler who limits very few yards after a catch. In 2017, Mr. Brown had 36 tackles and two passes broken up this season. I projected Mr. Brown as a second round pick.
Levi Wallace, CB, Alabama, 6’0 173 pounds. I liked Mr. Wallace a lot because of his background as a former walk- on who beat other highly coveted recruits for a starting job at Alabama. The young man has been a very solid defender with 45 tackles, 3 interceptions and 14 passes broken up in 2017. He’s very good physical press corner with long arms. I see Mr. Wallace as a third round pick in 2018 NFL Draft.
Anthony Averett, CB, Alabama, 6’0, 183 pounds. Here is a guy who has all the ability to develop into a NFL starter. Quick and fast. He has a very good initial burst and change of direction skills. In 2017, Mr. Averett had 40 tackles, seven passes broken up and 1 interception in 2017. Plus he played real well in the National Championship game against Georgia.
Rashaan Evans, LB, Alabama, 6’3, 231 pounds. The young man has the physical tools and mental capacity to start at inside or weakside linebacker. In 2017, Mr. Evans had 57 tackles , 10.5 tackles for a loss, five sacks , one forced fumble and two passes broken up. He’s athletic, tough, quick, and very fluid. I see Mr. Evans as a second pick in 2018 NFL Draft.
Baker Mayfield, 6’0, 210 pounds, 4.6 forty yard dash .
What can you say about the guy, He’s by far the best player in College Football this season with 4, 097 yards passing and 25 touchdowns. And without any bump in the road he will 2017 Heisman Trophy winner and his team will be in the College Football playoffs final four. The young man has a very powerful arm and can make all the throws with great touch and timing. If Mr. Mayfield is in his comfort zone , the guy plays with huge confidence and makes big plays through out the season. Remember this about Baker Mayfield , he’s very competitive and has the outstanding work ethic to go along with being a stand up leader at the next level. Baker Mayfield will be a first round pick in 2018 NFL Draft.
Derrius Guice, RB, LSU, 5’11, 212 Pounds, 4.54 forty yard dash.
Mr. Guice is one of the best running backs in College Football this season.Injuries prohibited him from getting off to a hot start in 2017. That all changed two weeks ago when Mr. Guice had 276 yards rushing on 22 carries and a touchdown against Ole Miss. He’s young who has immense suddenness , strength, and agility not seen very often in a 220 pound running back. He breaks a lot of tackles and pushes the pile in a lot of short yardage situations. Mr. Guice has the ability to be a three down back in today pass driven NFL. Derrius Guice will be drafted in the first round in 2018 NFL Draft.
What coach , winner of three Super Bowls, left football behind to concentrate on his new role as the owner of a successful racing team on the Nascar circuit ?
